Author Archives: Laura Wow it’s been a while since I have posted and so many changes have been going on. I recently moved into a new house AND accepted a new job! Things are finally starting to settle down and hopefully I will get caught up soon. This weekend will be spent finishing unpacking and decorating! I have many ideas for...  Meet The Browns! You may remember a little sneak peak photo of them a week or two ago. I love love love this family and am so glad I have gotten to know them through church the last couple of years. They recently welcomed a new member to their family, I think you will see the family resemblance!  So I thought I would share a little before and after project I’ve been working on recently. For about oh…6 years now I’ve hung everything up in my closet and had tupperware drawers. Yes I’ve been living out of tupperware drawers for quite a while now. But that’s okay because I’m sort of a minamilist and didn’t want extra furniture in my room. (The tupperware drawers also fit in my closet…and no my closets not a walk-in ha). Anyways…one Saturday morning Adam and I went thrifting and found this lovely dresser. Or not so lovely at first… but this dresser was ONLY $20! Can’t beat that. So after a fresh coat of paint, new knobs I think it looks pretty stinkin good. I’m happy with it at least. I also FINALLY got some of my photos printed and framed, you can see how those turned out in the last photo. Oh and the new knobs were found at Hobby Lobby and that week and they were 50% off! Oh how I love Hobby Lobby. Let me know what you think. Have YOU had any fun thrift store finds that you have redone? I’d love to see them! This time we met there cousins traveled to Bowling Green to take some photos together for their Christmas cards and as a gift to their grandparents. I loved how coordinated...
