When will I see my proofs?
You can expect to view proofs within 2-3 weeks of your session. Your gallery is active for 14 days and all orders must be received within that time. If you ordered a CD it will be ready within 2-3 weeks of your session.
About cancelling or rescheduling:
Things come up. Kids get sick. I understand. Just give me a call (270.261.9392) or shoot me an email ( info (at) lauramoseley (dot) com) Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled at any time; however, if you’re unable to give at least 48 hours notice before your session, your $50 reservation fee will be kept for cancellations.
What should I/we wear to the session? How can I pick the right clothing?
I get this question A LOT. Trust me I know it’s hard to decide on what to wear especially if you are a mom trying to dress the whole family. Visit THIS page for some great suggestions!
Where will we hold the session? Indoors/Outdoors?
I have several go-to locations in the area that I love and I’m always open to new ideas as well. Once your session is booked, we will discuss the kind of feel you want for your images or let me know which images speak most to you in my galleries and we can determine the best location for your session.
What size can I print the images from my CD?
If you order a high res CD of images you can print them as big as you want.
Can I post my images online?
We will go over this in more detail when we meet for your session. But yes you can post your images on facebook, myspace, your blog with a proper credit link back to my website.
Can I get my RAW unedited files?
No, this is not something I offer.
What are MINI Sessions?
Mini Sessions are quick sessions held 2-3 times a year. To find out more into or when these happen use the contact form to add your name to the mailing list.
Do you shoot weddings?
At this time my focus is on lifestyle portraiture for children and families. I do offer engagement and bridal sessions if that’s something that interests you.
When should we hold my maternity photography session?
It’s up to you, but the 3rd trimester is usually best.
When is the best time to schedule my newborn session?
Newborn sessions are best done within the first two weeks of the baby being born…because they are still usually very sleepy and we can get those adorable newborn poses that everyone loves. When you schedule your maternity session or your newborn session, let me know when you are due and we will make a tentative session date. As babies run on their own schedules, we will adjust as needed. Once the baby is born, call or email me to let me know and we will go from there.
Do you offer holiday cards or birth announcements?
Yes! I have many beautiful designs for you to choose from and can also create something custom just for you. But of course, if you download a digital file from your gallery or purchase your images on CD, you can certainly create your own cards and announcements as well.
Where do you get your prints, canvases, albums, cd cases, etc. printed?
I use several different printers and vendors, but they do not serve the general public.
Do you offer classes or can you show me how to use my camera?
Not at this time.
