Here’s a little recap of my trip to the San Francisco, Napa Area. We’ll start here with me, Angie and Hailey.

We were walking down by the water when some men asked if we wanted to take a boat ride around Alcatraz and the Golden Gate.
Sure we thought.
But being cautious girls we decided to find out if they were legit.
Plus we already had in mind taking one of those cool double decker bus tours.
The visitor center was conveniently located right across the street. And after finding out the bus tour was twice as much we opted for the boat ride.
I would highly recommend the boat ride. We were so glad we did this tour.
Here we sat on the front of the boat.
It was cold.
It was wet.
It was worth it.

There were lots of beautiful boats.
I’ve decided I want one.

Which one?

This one.
This cute blue, red and yellow one. I could see myself sitting in that fancy blue chair.

We got to go right under the Golden Gate bridge. Never been so close to it. Well except for the time I drove over it. But that was different.
It really is beautiful. I mean look at that fog. I’m ready to go back to San Fransisco.
And not just for the bridge.

But to ride one of these vintage looking trolley’s.
Ride and Relax. Doesn’t that sound nice?

Moving on from San Fran we went to Napa and Sonoma.
Beautiful.
That’s how I’ll explain this part of the trip.

Oh and we got sang to by this man and a mariachi band.

No really we did.

And we danced.
And we heard a lot of Spanish that we couldn’t understand.
One of those moments I wish I had paid more attention in school.

This is one of my favorite restaurants we went to. the girl & the fig.
If you happen to be in downtown Sonoma go here.
There is this beautiful deck in the back to eat on. Complete with a fire and twinkle lights.
And they really do have figs in their food.
And I like their sign.
So I took a picture of it.

I would have loved to find one of these “I love sonoma valley” stickers.
But since it was 10 and all the stores were closed that wasn’t going to happen. So alas I have this picture.
I’m so glad I got to meet up with some great friends and I wish I had time to post all of my pictures but I’ll leave you here with just a glimpse of the trip.
I’m ready to plan the next one. Complete with a trolley ride and one of those beach bonfires my friends out there are always talking about.
Happy first day of fall!
